Mobile phones and laptops can work longer by making changes in WiFi technology.

guidance of assistant professor of electrical and computer engineering managed to find a system that is able to multiply the battery on mobile devices.

According to Justin Manweiler, students, a system called SleepWell enabled mobile phones and laptops to work longer by making changes in WiFi technology.

Manweiler said the gadget's energy quickly depleted if no other WiFi enabled devices in the vicinity. In certain cases, each device must be 'maintained' before he started the download of information desired.

For example, Manweiler said, when you download a movie in urban areas, the battery will be depleted much faster than if you download the same movie in a quiet farming area.

Software developed by Manweiler solve this problem by enabling mobile devices came into the position of 'sleep' when the device around him are still downloading via WiFi. This device not only saves energy, but also other devices that were there.

Symantec Corp. announced a new report titled Report on Attack toolkits and Malicious Websites. From the report note that the device to make cyber attacks are increasingly easy to find and use.

What is Full HDTV ?

Full HDTV, also referred to as ultra-HD, true HDTV, and 1080p, is a television (TV) display technology that surpasses the video quality and sharpness of the original high-definition television (HDTV) technology, providing an image resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels.
The original HDTV technology offers vertical resolution that ranges from 720 lines with progressive scanning (720p) to 1080 lines with interlaced scanning (1080i).

Full HDTV provides 1080 lines with progressive scanning (sometimes referred to as 1080p). In these specifications, the numeral indicates the number of horizontal lines in the complete raster, the p stands for progressive scanning (where each scan displays every line in the image raster sequentially from top to bottom), and the i stands for interlaced scanning (where each scan displays alternate lines in the image raster, and two complete scans are therefore required to display the entire image).

Progressive scanning is considered superior to interlaced scanning for full-motion video displays, because there is less jitter, particularly for the portrayal of objects that move diagonally or vertically across the screen.

The improvement is especially noticeable for fast-moving images, typical of television and DVD programs. Another advantage of progressive scanning is the fact that it is required for satisfactory video on TV sets thatuse micro displays, plasma displays, or liquid-crystal display (LCD) flat panels, all of which are becoming increasingly popular. The improved image quality afforded by full HDTV is well suited to the extra-largescreen displays used in home theater systems.

Tablet PC Intel Atom To Game Production

Through the range of the latest Atom processor, Intel's ambition to enter the realm of tablet PCs that recently has begun to bloom. Armed with the ability to run a 3-dimensional applications, the product is directly targeting gaming enthusiasts.

Intel Atom Z600 using Moorestown architecture, is a line of processors designed for mobile phones and other handheld devices. With diusungnya architecture, this product is claimed to reduce power consumption but can improve performance.

Based on the leak reported by Anandtech, Wednesday (09/15/2010), a tablet which has a Windows operating system has a keyboard and d-pads separately. Similar to a handheld gaming console in general, only larger shape.

Still, Intel has not revealed the ability of many of these tablets when playing games. But with Windows in it, could have products that will be launched in early 2011 has features similar to computer devices.

Nokia Morph: Future Mobile phones Nokia

Augmented Reality (AR)

Still remember the movie Robo Cop? From behind his spectacles helmet, Robo Cop scan the enemy. A moment later, information about the enemy was on his glasses. Once these technologies may still enter the realm of science fiction. But not anymore. Augmented Reality has brought sophistication to the real world.
